How many knife shows do you attend in a year's time

I average about 4 per year. I would love to go to more, but just don't have the time. I always make the Blade show. I also try to make the fall NKCA Cincinatti and January NKCA Chattanooga show. In April, a local club sponsors a show in the Shenandoah Valley here in VA. It's not a big show, but still a lot of fun.

I go to a lot of gun/knife shows on a local level.BACKA in the fall,Blade Show West,Oregon show in April.

Pure knife shows? Blade, the Southeastern Custom Knife Show, and the Tarheel Cutlery Club Show.

I also go to an additional 8-10 gun/knife shows per year.

Up here in Ontario we don't have too many. I try to go to the two CKGuild shows every year - they're excellent and improving every year. I have yet to go to Wolf's Bayfield show but I'll try to get there this year. We had another organisation that held shows in Toronto once or twice a year but it seems to have disintegrated and vanished. The huge USA shows would be a treat, but they're never at a convenient time for me. Boo Hoo

I go to the two Major knife shows in New York, I've been trying to figure out a way to make it to one of the Blade shows. I will go to a show even without extra money to spend, just to look, handle the knives and meet people, the makers and the buyers. I am constantly amazed by how nice knife people are, even the makers that are legends are just nice folks.
