how many LE mini grips are there?

Hey, just wondering how many limited edition mini grips there are out there.. feel free to post what ones you can think of.. thanks

Grand Prairie knives had a LE CPM-M4, and IIRC Knife works also had a LE CPM-M4 but it didn't have a coated blade. I'm sure there have been more, but the coffee hasn't kicked in yet... There have been other LE's but some were limited to the full size Griptilian and not the Mini.
