How many models are on sale at one time?

I get the impression that Busse only have one or two models available from their store / website at any one time. Is this correct?

If so, where would I get a battle Fussion mistress from ??? Do i simply go the secondary market (ebay / forum exchange)?? Any where else?

sorry, no real simple answer here.


the main site, bussecombat.com, typically offers 1 or 2 knives at at time. currently only one, the ash-1. they are made to order, and i suspect they will ship sometime around march.

the store, bussecompanystore.com, is a separate entity, owned and operated by idahoskunk. skunk gets knives that have recently come down from the main site, or basically whatever jerry sends him.

there were recently fbm's at the store, last week i think, but they went quick.
there will probably be more.

Dang, Jaxx! 3 in a row! You know at first I was leary of the Fatty BMs ( sorry again about not taking yours....), but after getting the FBM LE from Skunk I am just WOW'd. I think the .310 blade thickness is probably ideal for the FBM.

I haven't seen to many CG FBM (1/4") available on the 2ndary market. They must be a very well liked blade. Either way, you can't go wrong.

That would not be true. You might be able to special order something from an FBM blank, but it is not a production model.

as rick said, not totally accurate.

you can call anytime and order anything you want. but as a custom, at custom shop prices.

They are out there ... but very few are being sold. You are correct -- they are very desirable knives. I won't be selling my CGs, my LEs, or my Fatties. Too darned addictive.

But if you keep your eyes on the secondary market right here on BF, you will eventually be rewarded with your very own FBM. Just be patient and persistent.

I've no idea what a Custom version of the FBM would cost, but it wouldn't be cheap. Hmm -- might be worth it though, if you had a very cool personal concept you wanted to see made real. You could always call the Custom Shop and chat them up; they'll give you a price.

For a Combat Grade Fusion Battle Mistress, (CG FBM), you will have to look to the secondary market. Be patient, you can pick up one for cost or less. Great chopper/large camp knife for a good price.
