I just picked up the 908BK-1501 and am considering making a paracord lanyard - I typically don't run one on my EDC knives, however interested to see how many of you do. Pics always appreciated :)

Sup brvheart!! I like lanyards, don't tie them all that well, but find it makes drawing your knife out a bit easier.
Pics.

Some of my knives, because of coarse scales, tight clip, shape, or whatever; are just harder to get out of my jeans pockets. Those are the ones I put lanyards on.

Sweet line up right there Nfd!! Great work on the lanyards!

Lanyard? Or did you mean fob?
Yes, I know, a large portion of the knife community uses the term lanyard to describe something it isn't...which, for knives, is basically a retention loop. I will occasionally use a lanyard on a med-large knife (for safety and/or comfort); but I don't see much use for one with an EDC size unless the knife is likely to be lost if dropped (while fishing, perhaps).
On the other hand, while I may appreciate the look of a nice fob, having one hanging out of my pocket quickly becomes an annoyance; so I don't adorn my folders or small fixed blades with them. I recognize the functionality, and can see the attraction...I have just never been able to tolerate one long enough to become a fan.

I did a 20 years ago.

Then something snagged on it
