I usually take a picture of a knife within a few days of purchase. This is not an unusual practice so most of the pictures you see on the forums are of knives which are still pretty much in pristine condition.

I like to fondle my knives after a few to many.

Sometimes I whisper sweet nothings to them : )

I've often thought about making a line of pretty knives. Well made with nice handle materials.
Generally Normal, with the exception of not having a sharpened edge.......I call these "fondling knives"

Just a knife that sits on the coffee table.
It's for picking up, holding, thinking about a different era......a conversation piece.

For me, I buy knives after a few too many!

I take glamour shots of said knives while starting the process over and over again!
