I just paid this forum $10 a few days ago so I could send private messages. I only had 2 or 3 messages in my inbox, maybe two in my sent folder, and now I'm getting alerts telling me my "private messages box on BladeForums.com has reached the specified quota."
Is that normal? How many messages does $10 buy these days, what is my "quota" number?
Bottom of PM page says, and I quote:
"Sent Items contains 4 messages. You have 6 messages stored, of a total 5 allowed."
I find it hard to believe that after I pay $10 fee to communicate via PM that I am only allowed a handful of messages to be stored. I have been told by a 'Super Moderator' via PM that this is 'not normal' and I should open a thread in tech support. So here I am, needing some clarification.
