Haha! I guess you think your really clever.....don't you?
Thanks guys, I guess it looks like the general consensus is that I should go start looking for a Tilt....
How does Vanax 75 compare to s110v in terms of edge holding, ease of sharpening and general toughness?

Hi od -
My DLC version takes a very nice edge - I have not done the super-polished edge, but I keep mine shaving sharp.
The knife has cut heavy cardboard, rubber hose with nylon reinforcement, and any of a number of miscellaneous materials over the time I have had the knife and it is holding it's edge very well.
I have not cut anything metallic, like copper wire etc, so I can't say if it might chip under those conditions, but be aware - the Tilt has the most beautiful, dare I say sexy, distal taper and the edge is very thin, the tip of the blade very pointy.
This is a slicing, cutting knife and not one made for heavy duty chopping "stab a fridge" use.
The steel is rare enough to satisfy the steel snob in me, and the knife is useful and downright cool enough to make it one I don't want to put away.
That was my DLC Tilt in my Blade pictures with the new ZT Protos.
Again, I will remind you that the Limited Edition knives from Kershaw/ZT are not cash cows for the company, and as such they are not a priority in terms of production schedules etc. That is to say - don't expect to see any of the three Protos from Blade for sale at any of your favorite outlets in the next 6 months - and maybe even not the next year.
It took a full year for my Tilt to arrive after first being premiered at Blade in 2011.
It took almost a year for my Hinderer ZT 0551 to become reality after being previewed.
It has taken over a year for the ZT0777 to be produced, and the wait just makes it all the sweeter when they show up.
Find a Tilt - use it, love it and save your cash for the next of the LE's - which will be here before you know it.
