how many washers on gunting?

Hi,

I have two S30V Guntings now.

One has a ultra-thin washer on the lock side... and none on the other. I can tell because the liners have rubbed a nice set of marks on the blade and you can tell by visual inspection.

The other has washers on both sides (or so it looks.)

Which is it supposed to be?

Not sure what the answer is but I have a new S30V, serrated and it appears to have washers on both sides.

Hi,

I have a plain edge and two half spyderedge S30V Gunting and they have two washers one of each side...
I saw also some other s30v and the have two washers and no screaches on the blade....

I have many from the old once and they have two or one on each side like spyderco adjust them for the blade play but I have never see one with only one washer ever and I saw many Guntings....

Looks like I got an "extra rare" Gunting with the missing washer.

Ah well, one day it might go back to Spyderco... it's working fine, just a little scratchy.
