How much crap u got??

A few random questions. What do you guys have for knife crap? Like sharpeners, stones, oil, tools, extra sheaths, ect? Do you have drawers of knives you don't use, and knives you do? How do you decide what to carry when you get up in the morning?

I have got more "Crap" than the law should allow! Guess that is what happens after 30+ years of collecting! As far as deciding what to carry every day, that is one I don't know if I will ever figure out. I am about as indecisive as a Kid in a Candy Store! But it is a good problem to have...

Boxs of knives, drawers of knives, pockets full of knives, cars full, and the list goes on and on.

I categorize my knives into two classifications, ones I'd sell,(very small list), and ones I'd keep,(very large list).

How to decide? I usually carry EDC sets,(certain knives carry well together) I think I started carrying knives that complemented each when I was 15, a Schrade LB 8 with a 2 blade Schrade Trapper, after that All my EDC's complimented each other.

wayyy too much crap, knives/sheaths/stones/lights/etc/etc/etc, have my 'collectors' knife stuff, my EDC stuff, and then the rest lol. i usually carry only one or 2 of a total of 5 knives (emerson spec war CQC8, EKI SOCFK, crawford perfigo, spyderco ayoob SE, bud nealy amoeba) and to be honest it has gen'ly been the CQC8 or the perfigo mostly for the last yr or so.

but i have stuff scattered everywere lol.

Aw man... I have a knife drawer. That's right, a drawer full of knives! Mostly cheapies or freebies. Knives I bought, but then didn't want to carry. Extra sheathes. Lots of random stuff in there. I also have some decent products in there as well. Actually, I throw all of my knives in it while I'm not wearing them. The newer/better stuff just tends to remain towards the front.

Got a bunch of old carbonundrum, or whatever you call them stones, Arkansas stones, a couple of diamond stones, linen and leather strop. three or four different grades of polishing compounds, an Edge-Pro Apex w/stone upgrade kit, Spyderco Sharpmaker, a butcher steel, smooth steel, ceramic steel, some fine files, umpteen different grits of sandpaper, couple of different kinds of oil, some White Lightning, Tuf-Glide, Tuf-Cloth, and I'm sure there's some other stuff.
I just use the Sharpmaker most of the time

I think I have you beat T., especially in the crap department. Looks like you have a lot of nice stuff, but most of my stuff is truely CRAP. Most of it I collected in my teenage years when I bought all kinds of cheap pakistan knives. I have a couple rubber maid containers full of them back at my folks. I should lay them out and take a picture, haha. It would probably look like I raided a terrorist camp.

Then I have all kinds of sharpening crap and other knife crap.
