How much for new mirkata for my Battle Mistress?

Jerry/Guys,

I just bought a battle mistress, and want to match my steel heart and badger attack. The BM currently has black mirkata, and I wanted to switch it out for tan mirkata....Just wondering how much and how long. I would call, but by the time I get off work, the shop is usually closed, and I haven't gotten any responses to emails.....

I could be wrong, but I seem to remember in an older post that rehandling (when possible) is $60. Don't quote me, I'll try to find the post to verify.

Take a mild detergent and a scotch brite pad to the BM micarta first. I bet once it dries they are all the same.

Do I know of the BM and BA you are talking of? ;) If so they will turn to a black if you oil them. :D:D

Tan handles are really more brown, the light grey handles are black when oiled. Confusing but if you clean the BM handles you'll understand.

Eric, yes, I do believe you know these two. By the way, They are amazing, I'm taking em out to the folks ranch to use them this next week. I'm going to take my newest FNFAL to personally meet some wild hogs, then will use the blades to cut em'up.....I'll look into the detergent and scotch pad.
