I have notified the dealer (don't know if its ok to mention them or not) by email that the microtech ultratech that I picked up from the post office at 11am today already has lost the top right hand screw next to the logo. I searched my house and truck with a 800 lumen flashlight and a rare earth magnet for just over two hours this evening once I noticed it gone. Did not find it and doubt I will. I checked the other screws by pushing on them and twisting and they don't seem loose, but now I have severe doubts.
This is the FIRST real and most expensive knife I have ever bought in my life and not articulate enough to state my disappointment. I now have found out it takes a special tool for the screws so even if they send me a replacement I guess I'll be out for buying the tool. I put the knife up for the weekend so nothing else goes wrong.
