How much the Tactical VT weigh and other q?

I guess it's meant to be close to 1lb?

The pics show the handle as being tapered with the head end wider than then handle end... is that correct or is that the perspective?

As with the original VTs, it is wider at the handle than the head... which makes sense when swinging it to have a wider handle...

Go down to the botttom of the page and pull up the last threads in 75 days. Then find the thread titled caracci lanyard. Scroll all the way down and see the finished product of the lanyard, and the vietnam tactical handle and the next generation handle side by side.

The handle picture makes it look like it's the same diameter from top to bottom. Even though you can't see the tomahawk heads. Hope the info helps out. The lanyard info is also something you want to print or remember.
