By the way where are you located, how did you come across this NOS (New Old Stock) head and what do you know about these styles of axes?

As NOS, Its certianly unique and has collector value. Extra unique to possess if you are located outside Scandinavia or Europe.
No real idea of its age other than I have a fireaxe with that same decal, it came from a toolkit assembled in 1947.
