It's amazing when I think about my dependency on the computer and Internet. After spending a day at work on a PC with internet acces, (no I dont surf ALL day
), I come home and go right online. We dont fight over the PC anymore in my house cause I've got a home network with 4 PC's
In addition to bladeforums, and ar15.com, and a bunch of other websites, I'm reading tons of emails and jokes, reading news, weather, researching a part for an appliance or a new toy, getting a recipe, stealing code, getting pc updates/fixes and reading tech notes for my truck, paying bills online, shopping, and the list goes on, and on, and on.
Am I the only one here that has this addiction? I'm curious how much time others spend online, and what sites you go to? Do you find the internet useful, and how much do you rely on it? How about your children if you have any? My daughter is 14 and I limit her to an hour a day unless it is directly related to a project.
