How much to customize and who do I talk to?

I got a PSARK in a trade today and while I've never been a EKI fan I LOVE THIS KNIFE. only thing is I want to dress it up a bit. Its a tossup between doing a framelock conversion(I'm a sebenza nut) or Carebon fiber slabs,Ti bolsters,Blue anodized/jeweled liners and a Ti pocket clip. The PSARK is black blade plain edge.

Which do you all think I should do and who do I talk to about doing it? Any cost estimates for either option?
 
Well, right now I believe you have either me or Kevin Robinson as choices. I think Kevin is doing these again after a small hiatus.
