How Much Would You Spend For A Knife?

How many of you would spend more than $3.99 for a knife? I can get a utility knife for about that much and think only a big, stupid idiot would pay more for any knife, regardless of intended uses, materials, or whaterever factors you can think of.

Please answer honestly, I want to know just how many of you guys are complete morons.
 
A knife is only worth what someone is willing to spend on it. I'd like to see you try to spread some peanut butter with a utility knife!

You paid $3.99 for a knife? Dude, you got ripped off big time. I wouldn't even pay that much for a custom let alone a utility knife.

Actually, if I had the money I would buy the knives of makers like William Moran, William Scagel, Michael Price and the really, really nice knives of many of the ABS bladesmiths. I would also love to own some of the best of the 19th century bowies. That means that I would be willing to spend immense amounts of money on knives. To me, knives are not just tools; they are also bits of history and works of art.
 
Mr. BS, how much of your own free time would you waste registering a phony account on a knifesite simply to waste everyone elses time?

Oh yeah, I pay for quality... I despise dollar or two dollar crap!!! Thats the problem alot of people would rather get something thats cheap and crappy (and usually these are people who can afford to buy something good as well) and complian about it rather then spending a little more and in the end it will cost you less money or pay for itself!

Its already been taken care of...just let the issue drop...he just wants attention...and your giving it to him :rolleyes: ignore him…and he will find someone else to annoy….its quite sad really that people was so much time this way…
