I am starting a norse blade for the first time and am creating the twisted bundles of 16 x 1/8" square stock. Roughly how long should
I cut the stock material. I don't want the sword blade to be undersized the first go round. thx.

Interesting...Maybe you should tell us more about your plan. Im not familar with this method maybe? I want to know about the bundles and the materials you are using.
