How Often Do You Do It?

I have at least one with me pretty much all the time. I don't take them out just to look. Generally if I'm not using or carrying it I'm not thinking about it.
Having said that I have a NO-E (my almost constant companion) has almost smooth micarta scales from constant handling.
 
I play with my EU-17 Magnum and Dwayne's leather sheath whenever I get a chance. The most common times include:

-When I get up in the morning
-When I come home from school
-After dinner
-While doing my homework
-Before I go to bed
-Pretty much whenever I get a chance

Its just so beautiful and yet so rugged. :cool:
 
Used to have everything out all the time. Now that I'm never home I only keep a few in my display case. Usually just three or four that wouldn't upset me terribly if the service men decided they wanted a new knife. The rest are buried in the closet in BCC's.
 
It seems you have a nice collection. What percentage of your Busses would you call users? I am still waiting until I have enough for a display case, until then, I keep mine in a locked safe beside my bed.

A year ago I had 3 users and they have slowly been sold off. For the time being I have no need for a "user" blade. There is zero free time that I could spend in the outdoors. I have two mid-grade user folders for misc stuff on the weekends but nothing larger.
 
I have a busse combat with me at all times... I even sleep with a battle mistress. Quiet than using my USP .45 for intruders or hogs ;) Don't want to wake the neighbors :D
 
Let's see...there is one on my desk and one on my dresser and one in the truck and one in my bag and one hanging on the wall beside me there's two hanging on the wall in the den and when I put new coins in the safe I always take one out to inspect it and... :D :D :D
 
I have a MOJO<MOFO<SHEH on display in a cabinet and look acouple times a day.On the top shelf of course.

How polite of you, not to wake the neighbours over a simple domestic disturbance.

Obviously due to my age, I cannot own a H&K USP but I must say that if I were to own a handgun then the HK USP would be on the top of my list.

I still prefer a knife... :cool:
 
I could not agree more Dark Nemesis. But...

Handgun... Glock 17 (with silencer) or HK USP ('cause it works under water)
Shotgun...USAS 12 (fully automatic preferred) with 20 round drum
Assault rifle... The new Steyer Advanced Combat Rifle (that thing can do anything)
Sniper rifle... The 50 caliber Barrett M82A1, or the new Steyer Anti-Material Rifle
Sub-machine gun...MP5 SD (better in 10 mm, for when you need that extra knock down power)

Of course, I do not own any of the above...yet. :D

I agree, the mind is the greatest weapon. But I still like my knives.
