This has probably been talked about to death, but I haven’t seen it since I’ve been around. I try to get some time in every day. Usually not less than 15 minutes of continues working. But when I get a chance at work, or when I’m watching TV I’m always doing closed finger rolls.

Doubt is an uncomfortable condition,
but certainty is a ridiculous one.

I always pick up the bali whenever I'm not doing anything. I'll practice while I watch TV, use the computer, use the bathroom (usually only for #2s), or just plain practice. For me, juggling the balisong relieves a lot of stress, and I like to drink a pop while manipulating to unwind.

I usually don't practice continuously for a long time, but if you add up the minutes, I probably practice for at least 45 minutes a day... but longer when I'm trying to learn new moves.

I always try to get some flipping in each day, but usually I find myself manipulating for no more than 15 minutes at a time. Usually its something I do when I'm doing something else like watching T.v or sitting in bed.

I'm in front of my computer a lot. My knife is too.

Does twirling your pencil in math class count? You can do full pivots with a number of items too.

I do about 1 1/2 to 2 hours each morning, Monday through Friday.

I always have one in my hand while driving (for rolls and stuff)

I always have one, if not two, in my hands at work the entire night....... flipping, throwing, rolling, you name it. Ahhhhh, the advantages of being the manager of a knife warehouse.

Because......
getting 'em open
is half the fun!

I practice for several hours a day, about an hour before school each morning, an hour to two after school, another hour or so while doing homework and then while I'm watching TV or getting ready to go to bed. I probably spend more time with my balisongs than I do with anything/anyone else.

I practice to some extent most every day unless injured. Sometimes I just work for a few minutes but there are times when I find the hall mirror and beat'em to death till I feel I've had enough.

When I don't have the blade in hand, I like to visualize different techniques over and over again. When I do get back to the blade I find that this helps in my study.
