How often does Whiskey River restock axe handles

I've been trying to get some handles from Whiskey River but they've been out of stock for a while and I was wondering if anyone knew how often they restocked?
 
Not that it helps much, but "as frequently as they're able". For the most part they're limited by how fast their suppliers can make product to meet demand. I do know they're in the middle of a project right now that will help them deal with some of their supply issue shortages, if successful, but it's not supply chain adjustments take time to put into action, unfortunately.
