How old is this

So I've been searching around trying to find how old this maul is with no luck. It is an 8# council tool railsplitter with axe eye. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure we can tell from that photo
lots of paint left on which is unusal for a maul as they get more friction contact along the whole head than axes usually do

so it was either not used much or isn't very old. if I had to guess, 5-30 years old

I've only had it about 2 months and only split about 1 1/2 cords with it so I haven't used much so far.
