How rare are salesman samples

Well picked up a Browning John Fitch hunter. It is a mod 575 in high carbon. Almost a 6" blade with the maple handle. Anyways it is mint in box, and was a Browning salesman sample. This is number 96 out of 100. I have looked long and hard at these knives when I have seen them and have wanted one for a good long time. Not necessarily the sales sample. Anyways anyone own this knife etc. etc. Just want info on it if it is possible. thanks and keepem sharp
