how rare are these?

I've seen those around here in the States. Our local Sportsman's Warehouse store here is SE WI has that model on closeout; or at least they did the last time I was in there. I've seen that knife on the US ebay. There are several people on this board that have that knife, and they seem to like it very much. It is more or less a TOPS Tracker, without all the bells and whistles.
