How rare? Schrade "Whitetails Unlimited" 5 inch sheath knife

This knife has what appears to be a walnut handle and brass pommel and quillon. Satin 5 inch blade marked Whitetails Unlimited 2000-2001. Made in U.S.A. Schrade plus stamped on blade. Leather sheath has a pocket with a sharpening stone in it.
