Hello again,
I was just wondering how sharp some of you folks keep your Bk-11's, 13's or
the new 14's. I only have one Bk-11 so far (my favorite knife). I've kept it clean & the edge polished. So far, it's remained sharp enough to cleanly shave with. I've only touched it up once or twice, and it's only seen a few light strokes on a honing-steel. I'm giving mine to a friend, one whom really does not know how to pick a knife. Ah well, that will give me a reason to get a new Bk-necker of some sort. (Afterall, there are THREE now...
