me and my dad want one and were probaly going to wrap them but any way how thick is the hartsook and pics would be nice

i had one for a few weeks. i think it's 1/16 of an inch. very thin stock.

I would definitely recommend handling onebefore you buy. They are much smaller than I thought they would be. I may get one eventually, but I walked away from my first chance to get one because of the size.

Not meant as a knock on the knife at all- seems very well done for what it is.

They definetely are much smaller than they look, even in scaled pictures. I wish they made a slightly larger varient- I would buy one in a second. However, it is an amazingly robust knife, considering the small size and thin stock. Mine has survived some inappropriate pry type use, and also slices well. Good for getting into tight places- it fills the role of a small pocket knife when you don't want a folder. However, they are not the tactical implement that the ads seem to portray them as.

That's a good approximation. I measured mine. At the handle. the stock .0620 at it thinnest, though a bulk of it is .0635-->.0640

I have found that I get my best grip on this particular knife when I use a foil grip and put my pinky through the loop in the fob, putting rearward tension on it.

My knife measures approximately 1/16th of an inch at its largest. It is a very thin, very small, incredibly lightweight knife.

They work very nice on a keychain or hidden in a watch pocket. I have one on the fob for my GMC and keep another tucked in the front pocket of my Spec-Ops brand wallet. It's a good little knife, great cutter for being so small.

I would recommend one to anybody looking for an excellent little pocket scalpel. I wear one in the shirt pocket of my uniform every day while on duty. Believe it or not it has been the most carried knife I own for about 5 months now! I have put it through the test for almost a year now I think. All of my high price folders sit in the safe. By the way I am a die hard CRK fan. I know it sounds crazy due to the size, but that little thing cuts whatever it needs to. It's not meant to pry, chop or what ever else the internet tells you a knife needs to do. It Is meant to be a handy little slicer that will tuck away anywhere discreetly. A piece of s30v with a Bos heat treat, you really can't go wrong for $25. buy a bunch of them for that price. If it's not enough continue to carry a larger folder. I can promise you, the Hartsook will get a lot of use. For all of you that can't live without a Sak, I think it is the ultimate SAK size blade delivered in a well thought out package.
