I would think it would be thicker than the tips on my Millies, Caly 3, and prob my sebbies as well.

I have an old Endura from the 80's(G2 steel) and it has a much thicker tip than the ones mentioned.
I love the thin tip on those I mentioned, but am looking for a new folder with a little stronger tip to put in the rotation.

Is the manix 2 tip thicker than the Millies... like I'm thinking they will be?
Is the newer Endura tips still as thick as the old Endura's from 80's, and if so, how are they compared to the Manix 2 tip?

Thanks if you can help! Just wanting to make sure before I order.

edit- forgot about the Strech. Is the Manix 2, Endura and Strech tip about the same thickness?

Comparing diff grinds, I'd be inclined to say no. Someone else will have a better answer than me. If you dig back a few pages, there are a few Manix 2 picture threads. One of them has a comparison of all of those knives sans a Stretch. You can see the tips in some of the pics.

Thanks:thumbup: Found the thread with all the great Manix and Manix 2 pics, and the tip looks a good bit stronger than the Millies. Thought they would be since saber ground, but wanted to make sure before ordering.

Don't think, just do. :) I got offered this one on a whim and I'm very glad I bought it. The best knife for around $80 (subjectively speaking of course).
