How to access Stickies

I'm a newb, can't seem to find the "Stickies" mentioned in many of the posts?
Can some one direct me

Any stickies would be at the top of the subforum, but not all subs have them.

For example, in General Knife Discussion, the top 4 threads are stickies. Can tell by the different color and the pin icon:
