How to add my email address.

Go to My Settings by clicking the link at the top of the page:
On the resulting page, look in the sidebar on the left and click Edit Email & Password under My Account:
Once you've entered and saved your preferred email address, click on General Settings in the left sidebar (just under the Edit Email & Password link you just used) to select and save your email options.
