How to adjust pivot on Extrema Ratio folder?

My ER folder has a tight blade. Even after hundreds of open/close cycles the blade is still tight. When I back the pivot out the blade loosens up but the blade moves over to one side and touches the frame. How do i adjust the pivot?

Ahh I only have the very large folders. I can say that after thousands of openings my MPC is still pretty stiff. Might just be how it is, or at least how yours ended up after being built.
 
Too tight it's blade is tight, too loose then it touches my liners.

Had the same problem with my Kershaw Lahar, ended up just leaving it as it is. Could never get the adjustment just right.

You just have to keep adjusting till you like it. Or alternatively cycle open and close it (when it is a bit tight) till it is just right.

A question, what type of washers does it have?
 
Try to change them to PB washers then come back to us. PB washer is made of stiffer/harder material so it will deform less than the teflon. The PB washer might center your blade better than teflon.
