What kind of clips/attaching systems are available for adding to the kydex sheath on my Cousin Jack's push knife?

I'd like to keep it as close to my belt or waist as possible.

youll have to measure the eyelet spacing and match them up online. Some clips you can drill the holes for, nylon soft loops are great and Tek Lok's!

Try a static cord. There is no lower profile more versatile carry option.
