How to center a blade?

I recently purchased a David Clark custom. It dates back to 2017 so I am the 3rd owner. The blade centering is pretty far off, especially in the closed position. Is this an easy fix? Do I need to try and send it to David Clark? (Cause I can’t get ahold of him). Does anyone know of a trusted knife smith that could fix this issue?

It’s typically an easy fix with the proper Torx or Hex key. I don’t know what he uses but it likely not proprietary.

They are hex, do you prefer to adjust them in the open or closed position of the blade?
