How to change the default "Sort By" option?

I noticed the current default "Sort By" option value is "Thread Start Time". Is there a way I can change it to "Last Post Time", which I prefer better.

Yes.

It's been talked about at length in the 'New Rules to the Exchange Forums' thread in this forum.

Bottom line: Simply click the 'Last Post' column heading in any Exchange Forum and it will immediately revert to that hierarchy.
