Can I use a magic erase bar gently dampen? I don't mind the look now, but I'm curious to know if I can bring the luster back to match the Standoffs and skull filler a little more?

Dont use anything abrasive as the anodising is thin.

I use a damp kitchen sponge with dish washing liquid (the type for doing dishes by hand and not dishwasher detergent)

I part fill the kitchen sink with hot water and a squirt of dish washing liquid, soak a sponge then squeeze out and wipe over all Ti hardware - it removes dirt, oils, grease etc and restores the Ti shine.

The best way to clean anodized titanium besides an ultrasonic cleaner is alcohol. Isopropyl or any other high grade alcohol works perfect to remove oils & fingerprints. The next best thing is take the clip off & run it under hot water & put a little Dawn dish soap on your fingers & rub it.
Never use any abrasive cleaner or polish as you will just remove the extremely thin anodizing.

Thank you everyone for the tips. Mod, I'll try that tonight or tomorrow.

I'm thinking I might reach out to you soon so I can get some more custom work done outside if what I've done with "bolt ons" thus far.

I have a question which MODiFiEDZ may be able to answer.

Can anodising be restored by re-anodising to the same colour?

Can the colour be changed, for instance can the lower voltage bronze be changed to the higher voltage blue?

Yes I do it quite often to pocket clips that are worn or faded. I usually touch up faded blue Hinderer clips at 24-26 volts & for bronze I touch up with 10-12 volts.
Yes you can turn a bronze clip into a blue clip by turning up the voltage & you can't turn a blue clip into bronze at the lower voltage unless you remove the anodizing mechanically or chemically first.

Thanks, that's good news as my bronze clip is looking tired!
