How to clean smudge on the polished titanium?

Hi, everyone.
I have two sebenzas with a polished titanium plate. One is graphic and the other one is wood-inlayed. I got these from authorized dealers but the graphic one came with smudges all over the plate. I tried to get rid of them but just wiping with the CRK cloth didn't work at all.

Is there any special cleaner for those hard-to-remove smudge that you guys use? Because of this, I don't even touch the smudge-free wood-inlayed one, fearing that it will eventually get stained.

Any feedback is appreciated.
Thank you.

Windex is what I was told by Heather or Angela that they use at CRK, on all of their knives.

it will brighten the color on the graphics by removeing the grime that caused it to dull and it won't hurt the wood.

I'm no expert but if you wanted to be really careful with your inlays, you could use painters tape - the Blue "delicate" version - to tape up the wood. Might not be necessary, but I just throw it out there.

Of course, you want to first ensure the tape won't leave sticky on the wood, but it is made to tape up wood moldings, so probably okay.
