How to clean tarnished 2020?

Hello,

My late grandpa gave me this knife when I was younger and, not really caring at the time, I used it and didn't care to take care of it. Now it's tarnished...or slightly rusted. Although the blades don't feel pitted in the least bit. How can I go about cleaning the blade?
