How to close account?

I did check the FAQs but did not see this come up. I would like to close my account, purely due to me not being active. Will my account just close on its own when my 1 year expires next month? Or is there a procedure I need to do? Thank you for any help.

Your account will stay active but the Gold Membership you purchased will not automatically renew if that's what you are concerned about.

In your account settings there is an option to “self-disable”. It really isn’t necessary, you can just log out and forget about it if that’s what you really want.
