How to close announcements ?

Once I've read the announcements
I don't need to see them again.

On this screen right now, they take up a whole page.

How do I close them ?
 
Three of the four are Spark's. The fourth is by another supermod. I'll leave those to them.
 
They're basically sticky threads, just above the rest. No way to hide them as far as I know.
