how to contact "management"

after 2 years of daily BF visits and about 1700 posts, suddenly this morning, i no longer have any PMs allowed. i.e. no mail box 'service'. this is right in the middle of dealing with other BF members on purchasing knives.
how do i reach 'management' to find out what's up. i have just recently paid for another year of gold membership. please help. this is most frustrating.

Thanks Spark. i did pay same day i received notification, but with over 100,000 members, you must have a lot of work every day. as with so many others, i enjoy and appreciate BF greatly, and hence 'freak-out' in withdrawl if i can't access part of the site.

Just a hint Roland, watch for your renewal date and renew a few months ahead. Spark always adds it on to the end of your current membership, that way you will never have to worry about lapses.
