How to delete attachments?

How do you delete pics saved in the bladeforums cache? I used to be able to upload pics and now I cant, but I can post a pic that was already uploaded. So maybe the storage is full? But it only has 26 pictures. ...frustrating because I don't want to use a image hosting site, but I should be able to post pictures here!
