You mean messages as in PMs? The option is "Leave conversation," which deletes the messages in any given conversation.
From your conversation inbox you can check all the ones you want to leave; a pop-up will appear at the bottom of the screen with some options, and leaving will be one of them. You can also leave from within any given conversation thread; that option is at the top of the thread.
