How to delete your post or thread

Mods don't get a report of your request just because you titled your thread "please delete". Click "Report", then give the reason in the text field. Then mods will get a report and know you requested this action. Simply editing your post or thread title to say "please delete" is no guarantee that it won't just sit there forever in that state.
