How to edit thread title

I started a thread in the "Traditional Folders and Fixed Blades" sub-forum the other day and titled it "NEC Codes". It should have been "GEC Codes". I tried to edit the thread title but see no way to do it. Can we only edit the text of a thread/post? How do we edit a thread title that we have started?

If it is not editable by a member can one of you mods edit that title from "NEC Codes" to "GEC Codes" for me.

Thanks and I didn't think to post the URL I've got a lot of sharp knives but I am not necessarily the sharpest knife in the drawer.
