How to email

Hello Tech support. I've read through the faq and rules but couldn't find any help. I've been having trouble when I try to Email a seller from their profile after I bought a knife. Sometimes it works, sometimes nada. Is this the same as a PM? I know I can't Pm without a Gold membership. Thanks for any help. Rob
 
For some reason, email through the system doesn't always work. Even when it does, both members need to have enabled it.

PM or Private Messaging is only available with both correspondents being paid members, and would show up under the avatar in the profile.
 
All right. That makes sense then. Thank you for the help. Also, How do I enable my email? Thanks again. Rob
