How to embed photos from an IPhone?

So I don’t have a computer and I cannot figure out how to embed photos into posts. If I try to upload directly to the forum it keeps saying error the photos are too large. I’ve tried using flikr, google photos, and imgur and when I share the photos on here it’s just a link. I want to embed them directly into a post.

I feel silly for asking but I can’t figure it out!

View attachment 808250 Try the app called Image Size. It works well for direct posting from either my iphone or ipad.
