I don't know about the rest of you, but a few of my SAKs have trouble retaining their tweezers. The toothpicks never have problems staying in, but in some of them- especially the Classic I carry on my keychain- often have the tweezers yanked out by my pocket corners or the other stuff on the keychain. I'm sure a lot of you do this already, but I figured I'd throw this out there:
Just a strip of paper slid in back of the tweezers and it keeps it in there nice and secure!
As I said before, I'm sure some of you do this already, but if not, it's a great way to keep those tweezers from falling out
