Trying to build up you tube followers here is the same thing as spamming.

If you use this to further your business aims do the right thing and get the correct membership. Don't expect others to carry you on their dollar.

I don't think I would consider this spam, just a feller excited about the possibility of getting a new knife...

Shouldn't this at least be posted in the knife review forum? If you want to talk knives, then talk knives, I don't do reading assignments. I agree at 7 posts it seems more like a 'youtuber' trying to drum up business.

It doesn't seem like he is doing anything wrong. He isn't trying to sell us the chair. Just seems excited at the possibility that this chair could get him something new he wants. Just my opinion though. If he said his email and phone number how great the chair is please contact if interested i could see how that would be a problem. But this isn't the case.

So silly. Only watched a minute and fast-forwarded through the rest. It's a picture of a chair with a guy talking for 2-1/2 minutes. The gist of it seems to be the guy traded a chair for a knife. Yawn.

Free knife? The chair was probably worth more than the knife he ended up with. LOL.

User since August, only 7 posts, 4 of them with links to his videos, and 2 posts saying to check out his videos and his blog. Now I hear hoofsteps, and I don't think it's a zebra...

Thanks for watching: I ended up with a Cold Steel Recon 1: Pretty much is awesome!

Another video.

Using this forum merely to drum up followers for your you tube and "survival" start up business displays a lack of honor and attempting to game BF is the worst reputation you can get starting up. Do it the correct way and pull your weight like other people here advancing their business. Good or bad reputations follow a person and more than a few people have derailed early on by trying to be too clever.

If you think the rules don't apply to you you are only doing yourself a disservice. No one will do business with those type individuals. We are only as good as our reputations and they make or break people.

Thanks Smokinape! @The Mastiff: It's a knife community, my vids are about knives! Don't watch if you don't want to!

You did the same thing with your Spyderco warranty fail thread.
Be sure to watch my video and check out my blog? Sounds like spamming to me....

i love spam

Yeah, he is clearly spamming. Read all of his 8 posts and one can see the big picture.

No doubt in my mind. The Mastiff is spot-on, IMHO.

Very sorry I don't have 20,000 posts on bladeforums. Of course I'm promoting my channel. It's about knives!

You all probably watch youtube vids on knives, and also post on forums. If someone crosses platforms, all you do is blast them on their methodology without even looking at the content?

At least watch the vid before telling me how much I suck lol
