How to get an incorrect negative feedback reversed/changed/removed

I have been trying to get someone to look at this. Not sure where to go with it.

I sold a couple knives to Esav a week or two ago. He went to provide feedback and inadvertently put a positive comment in a negative rating. I asked him about it and he said it was a mistake but that he couldn't fix it.

This is the feedback: "smooth deal - quick communication & shipping, both knives in perfect condition" but it is in a negative rating. How to fix?

Esav says it was a mistake. I would really like to get this corrected. Please contact Esav for confirmation etc.

Spark is the only one that can change Feedback. On your iTrader page, click the black triangle and you can explain the reason it needs to be changed. I've requested some feedbacks get changed too for other people, but it didn't happen.

Yeah.

I already went the red (red - not black) triangle route.

Looking like a no go.

Oh well.
 
It happened to me once & it was corrected eventually,it just took a few days.
Spark is a busy man as I understand it,so be patient,he'll see this & hook you up.
