How to get manufactures status...

We are launching a blade at the blade show. I would like to start posting about the knife and i am new to this forum. I am interested in a manufacturers page, as well as just posting the knife for comments and feed back. I have read the faq page as well as the rules for selling, though we will do direct sales, we are mainly wanting to help our dealers by letting other knife enthusiasts know about out product.
Any info, advise you can provide would be of great help.

Do you actually design, manufacture, and distribute your own knives? That would be a basic definition of a manufacturer (Spyderco, Kershaw, Emerson, Buck). If you sell knives, designed and manufactured by other companies, then that would make you a dealer. Bear in mind these are extremely generic criteria, but that is where the heart of the difference is.
