How to get rid of dried blue loctite on textured g10 ?

Hello

I got a Spydie Yo2 with some blue loctite around the tip down screws position, it has dried under the clip plate when i tried tip down carry. I managed to gently scrub it off with my fingers and a piece of wood but there are still little blue spots in the g10 texture which i cant get rid off.

How should i proceed to clean it without harming the g10 texture ?
